1. Accounts and authority
Keep account information accurate and authentication factors and tokens secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring organization administrators have authority to act for the organization.
2. Customer content
You keep ownership of your repositories and other content. You grant Pillion the limited license needed to host, copy for resilience, transmit, display, index, scan for security, and otherwise provide the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and must not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade security controls, or attack another system.
3. Git, runners, and integrations
Repositories are ordinary Git repositories and may be exported through the service. Workflows run within the documented Actions-shaped subset. Hosted runners execute customer workflow code in isolated microVMs; attached runners are customer-operated. Webhooks, identity providers, imports, and payment services are integrations whose own terms apply to the data they receive.
4. Billing
Organizations are billed per membership and for published minute packages as described on the pricing page. Prices are in euro and may change with notice. Payments use Mollie hosted checkout. Mollie processes payment transactions under its own terms and privacy statement; Pillion does not receive full card data.
5. Availability and support
Pillion works to keep the service available and publishes operational status, but the first-cut service has no customer availability SLA. Maintenance, security response, provider outages, and events outside Pillion’s reasonable control may affect availability. Security reports go to info@pillion.dev; data-protection requests go to info@pillion.dev.
6. Suspension and deletion
Pillion may suspend or limit access to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse, or address unpaid charges. We will provide notice where reasonable. You may delete content or close an account. Deletion removes service data according to the retention schedule, while legal records and time-limited backups may remain until their required expiry.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product reasons. Material changes receive at least 30 days’ notice where practical. If you do not accept a material change, stop using the affected service before its effective date. The Terms end when your account or order ends, except provisions that by their nature must continue.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated here. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Pillion’s total liability for a claim relating to the service is capped at the fees paid for the affected service in the twelve months before the event, except where the law does not allow that limit or for liability that cannot be excluded.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.
